Renewable Energy Master’s Program

The main objective of this master’s program in Renewable Energy is to offer excellent education in renewable energy technologies, and to strengthen future research in the utilization of renewable energies.

The program’s requirements for the Master's degree are 31 credit hours which include:

  • 13 credits of basic courses
  • 9 credits of specialized courses
  • 3 credits of elective courses
  • 6 credits of dissertation

SET program is blessed with the expertise of faculties available in vast areas across KSU, from applied sciences to engineering, which is essential to provide the in-depth knowledge and to develop skills required for professional work. Our postgraduate programs are multidisciplinary and they are joint efforts of the following five departments at KSU:

  • Electrical Engineering Department
  • Mechanical Engineering Department
  • Chemical Engineering Department
  • Physics & Astronomy Department
  • Chemistry Department
