The main objective of the academic program at SET is to develop human resource and competency in renewable and nuclear energy that will be required for successful implementation of sustainable energy plans in the Kingdom. At Sustainable Energy Technologies (SET) Center our research efforts are concentrated on developing renewable energy technologies, from inception to practical real world application.
Our teaching philosophy
Our researchers focus on solving problems and exploring issues that are faced in development of these technologies. This approach also applies to our teaching philosophy, which is to create professionals equipped with the skills and expertise to meet the Kingdom's need for specialists in the fields of renewable energy.
